EYE ON THE SKY: LUNAR ECLIPSE FEB. 10-11
There is a relatively rare total penumbral eclipse of the moon starting about 17:32 EST and peaking about 2 hours later at 7:43 EST and completing about 9:55 EST. In Europe it will be happening in the middle of the night. Â While subtle, this eclipse should be visible as a distinct shading across the Moon and will be visible from Asia, Europe, Africa, the Middle East, South America, New England and Eastern South America.
Eclipses are good for meditation and that is the best way to spend time during an eclipse as the meditations can be deeper. Outwardly the emotions and mind get a bit frazzled so never a good time to make major decisions during an eclipse. I usually do laundry or clean or meditate to pass the time. Digestion can be affected so doing a juice fast or skipping dinner usually helps.
My friend Juliana Swanson of astral harmony notes: ““Unusual events involving friends or groups place a great deal of pressure on relationships. These relationship issues may loom large as the eclipse affects the chart. The individual would be wise not to make any hasty decisions since information is distorted and possibly false. This eclipse has the essence of tiredness or health problems attached to it.”
If you are Cancer rising or Leo rising, you will notice the impact most. The eclipse is happening at 29 degrees Cancer in the vulnerable gandanata area of the zodiac so if you have your ascendent or Sun or key planets there within a few degrees, it will also have a huge impact. If you are running a Moon/Rahu or Moon/Ketu period or some combination like that it may have a more manifest impact.
Countries’ natal charts most impacted it may be Germany which is a Cancer rising chart. It is also hitting key planets in Pakistan, Kuwait, Iceland, the UK and India. The impact results can be over the next 2-4 weeks and rarely do I see something happening right away.
Eclipses reveal our shadow side and we usually get secrets and scandals coming out after eclipses. The US is in the process of cracking down on corruption and the black web and we wonder if the 2 weeks following the eclipse will lead to major corruption unfoldments. Benjamin Fulford, known for his entertaining insider posts, sees that “about 70 arrest warrants will be served on power brokers and politicians in Washington DC, Virginia and New York this week shortly after Jeff Sessions is confirmed as US Attorney General. Among those to be arrested are Democratic Senators Chuck Schumer, Richard Blumenthal and Hillary Clinton’s vice-president pick Tim Kaine, Pentagon sources say. These arrests will follow 474 arrests that took place in California last week as a pedophile ring that served Hollywood and West Coast elites was taken down. It is interesting to note the California arrests were only reported by local news outlets and completely ignored by the big corporate networks.”
The solar eclipse on Feb. 26th on the same day as Mars conjunct Uranus will be more significant and we will write about it later.
