SPECIAL REPORT: ASTRO WEATHER REPORTÂ JAN. 17-22ND
 The last few days we outlined some of the intensity of the week with the sneaky 8th house aspect of Mars to Mercury from 14 Taurus to 14 Sagittarius and how it can up major disputes, disagreements, fighting and accidents so be careful.
Mercury goes stationary direct on Wednesday, Jan. 18th and soon you will no longer be able to blame all your problems on Mercury retrograde. Expect delays and problems to start to get cleared up and writing projects and business projects to start moving forward again—but not without huge charges and frictions from Mars.
Uranus also goes Stationary Direct on Sunday, Jan. 22nd in the sign of Aries and it has been retrograde since August 24th. Afflicted Uranus in Aries with Rahu can cause earthquake activity, electrical grid disruptions, and new outbreaks of world tensions. It is stationing at 21 Aries so if you have key planets with two degrees of that point or 90 degrees from it at 21 Capricorn, 21 Libra, or 21 Cancer, you may feel a strong impact from it. On the bright side, it can bring flashes of brilliance and creativity, and technological invention.
The Sun is conjunct with Pluto on Jan. 18th.  This can create explosive power struggles with bosses or father figures and in government, there can also be intense political explosions and power grabs. This is all happening with the Mars/Mercury 8th house aspect so fighting in government may reach new levels of intensity in troubled spots around the world.
Venus moves into Aquarius on Jan 22nd and conjoins Saturn. Venus in Aquarius is good for artistic creativity and creative invention and it is a 5th house transit for Libras and a 10th house transit for Taurus rising and brings out self-expression and joyful expansion at work.  The Saturn aspect can deflate Venus’s fun and enthusiasm but it aids Saturn in balancing out too much hard work. Venus stays in Aquarius until Feb. 15th.
The New Moon in Capricorn on Saturday, Jan. 21st is a low point in the week and it requires us to rest more and tends to bring low energy as we move into it and get ready for a lunar rebirth as the Moon moves into the Waxing phase into the next Full Moon on Feb. 5th. The moon in the auspicious constellation of Abhijit (Capricorn 4-10) is ruled by Lord Brahma and that increases good luck and creativity for starting new events.Â
We have discussed Saturn in Aquarius which has already begun today on the 17th and it is still in transition and finding its way into a new home and will not be settled at 1 degree until Jan. 27th. Be patient with grand plans to change your life, your job, your home, and your relationship. Wait for Saturn to settle down before making major changes.
