MERCURY IN TAURUS: JUNE 7-JUNE 24—QUICK TRIP
Mercury finally got out of Aries on June 7th and Virgos and Geminis can finally get major relief going into a friend’s sign. If you were born with Mercury in Taurus, you have good creative writing and reasoning abilities are happy, love reading and writing and speaking, and love being with deep thinkers. This placement creates good humor, generosity, and a lover of the arts.
Mercury is combusted by the Sun from June 18-July 13th and the latter part of the transit will create a buzzy and busy mind while for the most part the combination with the Sun and Mercury in the same sign but far enough apart creates mental brilliance with a Buddha Aditya yoga. The only other difficult aspect is the 30-degree aspect from Rahu in Aries which is exact around June 13th and this can create problems with cyber scams and piracy.
The Shakti of Taurus is that it gives the power to bring wealth, social success, prosperity, and enjoyment. For Vedic lovers, it is connected to Krishna. The keyword to remember here is Blessings and it is easy to remember the blessings of Venus who brings material prosperity to us. Planets placed in Taurus in any part of the chart bring blessings.
Taurus is a sign, which is very stubborn, but planets go through their benefit from wealth, social status, and prosperity and this is of course dependent on your larger cycles. Mercury does better with transit through the 2nd, 4th, 6th, 8th and 10th, and 11th houses from the natal moon or ascendant. Still, I think Virgos will do well with this transit through the 9th house of foreign travel and spirituality and good luck and good fortune while Geminis will have to watch expenditures but need to focus on service and donations and commitment in marriage to bring out the highest energies.

This module focuses primarily on transits, with Week 1 dedicated to the timing of key events using transits of Dasha Lord, Ascendant Lord, and transits to key natal planets in your chart. Weeks 2-3 will cover intermediate principles of Vedic astrology, including understanding planetary aspects and an introduction to exalted planets. Classes 4-7 delve deeper into advanced transit principles, such as exalted and debilitated planets, retrograde planets, and outer planets like Neptune, Uranus, and Pluto.
This seminar is designed for students of Vedic astrology who know the basics and seek to unfold some secret insights into timing your own life and others’ life and to understand planetary aspects, periods of combustion, retrogrades, exaltation’s, and many other areas.
Module 1 goes into deep insights into transits. Having observed transits for 30 years, I have seen how major events unfold and how to time daily events and plan things appropriately.
The class is a unique blending of experience and teaching students simple techniques to observe their charts, the world, and how karma unfolds and things happen. One can then plan one’s week and month a bit better. Rather than planning a picnic when a tornado is hitting, wait for the clearer weather.
