Saturn in Pisces: March 29, 2025 to June 2, 2027
Saturn hits 29 degrees by March 22 as it prepared to change signs. Planets at the end of a sign are called sandhi, and they lose energy, and their darker side comes out. That is the case between March 22 and April 6 when Saturn is between Aquarius 29 and Pisces 1 degree.
Saturn spends 2.5 years in a sign and about 1 year in a nakshatra. When Saturn moves into a new sign, more significant changes happen in our person’s life as we reevaluate relationships, jobs, location, and the latest health issues come up to bear as Saturn is suddenly aspecting new positions. So, in Pisces will affect Taurus, Virgo, and Sagittarius the most with its 3rd, 7th, and 10th house aspects, and of course, it will have the most impact on Pisces. Consider a consultation if you want to know how this impacts you. Remember to move beyond an astrology of fear and doom and gloom.
Pisces is the 12th sign of the zodiac and is related to a house of losses or a house of transformation into higher consciousness. Saturn in Pisces, a water sign, will significantly impact emotional transformation and force us to change unhealthy patterns, including victimization, resentment, and other deep problems. If we do not heed the call of Saturn, our life coach, then we can experience sorrow, depression, anxiety, and health issues to wake us up to do something. Pisces is a zodiac sign associated with hospitals, so Saturn will probably create more action here if you are in a malefic Saturn period and it is that time of life for you.
This year’s transit of Saturn happens hours after a minor Solar Eclipse. Still, Saturn then moves into tight conjunction with Rahu, Neptune, Retrograde Mercury, and Retrograde Venus, and the Sun is at least in a different nakshatra of Revati (Pisces 16.40-29.59). The Moon is also in Pisces, March 28-30th. Having lived through the end of the Mayan calendar, Y2K, the turn of the Millennium, and assorted other fearful predictions, one has to give God some credit and assume that some positive transformation is happening. Venus in Pisces is good for peace, so maybe the truce with Russia/Ukraine will stick even if Brussels wants to go to war.
We have seen huge changes in the last year with the flooding in Europe, Hurricane Milton, and Hurricane Helene, and we sense that more is to come. Whether it is climate change or just the earth (which is a living being) letting us know that she is tired of pollution and abuse, we can expect more of an uproar in 2026. Our biggest concern should be dealing with Mother Nature.
Saturn in Pisces, the natural 12th sign of the zodiac, brings with it 12th house losses, expenditures, and events beyond our control. Saturn’s fate overtakes Neptune’s liberal expansion qualities, whether that is unlimited budget deficits or spending beyond our control. Add the Saturn/Neptune/Rahu conjunction on April 3-5, 2025, and its influence through the Saturn conjunction into February 26, 2026. Think about the Saturn/Rahu conjunction in April/May; you can see that the spring of 2025 is not a cakewalk.
Saturn/Neptune conjunctions happen about every 36–37 years. The last time this alignment occurred was in 1989–1990. In November 1989, we had the fall of the Berlin Wall and the collapse of the Soviet empire. Is the EU set for a fall? So far, we have seen this manifesting as US/ Russian détente, the US pulling out of NATO, and political map-redrawing. Venus goes direct on April 15 and gets away from Saturn and Rahu, which may give peace a chance to manifest peace with Venus in Pisces until late May. We noted that the Venus/Jupiter conjunction in August is often a peace signature.
In the meantime, will the Europeans screw it up as they have secretly wanted to take down Russia for its natural resources? They no longer have the help of the US nor the funds, so we wonder how stupidly they will pursue this. There is a key turning point for Europe and the war in mid-May, and we wonder if the nodes’ changing signs will have a significant negative impact. Will they create a false flag to show the world we cannot trust Putin?
Neptune in Pisces is a long transit and goes until Feb. 2037. Saturn in Pisces is a shorter transit from March 29, 2025, to June 2, 2027. Saturn will increase our awareness of water and ocean crises and plastic pollution while increasing our fear of global calamities due to the subconscious nature of Pisces and the natural 12th house of the zodiac.
The positive impact of Saturn/Neptune is that it forces us to look at the malfunctioning of government systems and inadequate leaders with loose moral ethics. We have seen the rise of this starting to happen around the world as the abusive Liberal governments around the world are facing the wrath of the people who are tired of some of the hollow policies that have caused more harm than good. Whether this is the failure of wind power in Europe to replace fossil fuel or the championing of transgender rights above common sense around high school bathrooms, there seems to be an uprising against the recent past. Saturn will continue to right the abusive powers of leaders. The media is screaming about DOGE and Musk, but he is saving billions of dollars and uncovering fraud and waste; no one has been able to do that for decades. Do you not worry about 36 trillion of US debt? At least someone cares to prevent a financial disaster, which may be hard to stop next year.
Change can create anxiety. The Saturn/Rahu conjunction in April and May will create great paranoia. Mars will cause less harm in April and May because in Cancer, it hisses and wants to fight, but chickens out. So let’s give peace a chance and not buy into the talking heads of the media, who have been wrong for a long time, and fill our heads with needless fears.
