EYE ON THE SKY: JUPITER COMBUSTION
Jupiter began combustion on Oct. 12-Nov 9th and is conjunct the Sun on Oct. 26th  Jupiter too close to the Sun burns up its significations so things like the liver which is ruled by Jupiter may have more problems functioning and this is also connected to end of the summer detoxificaion happening.
Avoid heavy and oily foods –especially at night– which are hard to metabolize and use liver tonics and lemon in water in the morning to tonify the liver. May be a good time for Panchakarma at the Ayurveda clinic or a simple diet of rice and dahl to give your liver a rest.
Jupiter rules optimism and judgement and when it gets too close to the Sun, it can be falsely optimistic about something or be too critical or judgement–especially with the Libra transit.  Be realistic and check your facts careful and lighten up on people if you are feeling heavy.  The exact conjunction of Sun and Jupiter on Oct 26th can be really powerful for the Sun and Jupiter as the Sun will take on all of Jupiter’s energy and feel uplifted by generosity, confidence and expansion.
Jupiter moving toward the Sun in Libra can make it enthusiastic, supportive, thoughtful and expansive and being a good consultant and speaker. But as it gets very close to the Sun within 5 degrees, Oct 20-Nov. 2nd, its darker qualities may come out in not having the discipline to take full action and getting to caught up in leisure or comfort. Still the Sun will spiritualize Jupiter into the full conjunction and bring out very positive spiritual qualities.
Pisces rising and Sagittarius rising will most notice this transit. So stay on top of liver health and check your facts carefully and avoid false optimism so that you will not get disappointed.
Have a great day.
I will be speaking at the Sedona Vedic Astrology Conference Nov. 30-Dec. 2nd
